  • Sign and return Reservation Agreement with payment. Your reservation will be held for 5 days pending receipt of payment.
  • Send payment in full 60 days in advance of arrival date, or as soon as reservation is made if arrival date is sooner than 60 days.
  • Upon receipt of your final payment, a Confirmation Letter will be sent to you which includes Check-In Procedures.
